I'm sure they're reaching out to others so that they will have some leverage when trying to negotiate with me, but it won't work. They know as well as I that I'm the only logical and emotional choice to be the next James Bond.  So until I hear from them, I will lie in wait, just as the real 007 would, patient and still until the moment is right. 

 SPOILER ALERT: Now that Daniel Craig's 007 has seen the light and recognized that he needs to make room for his successor--me--I am once again relaunching my campaign to take over as the next James Bond.  Again, my pledge is to make Bond much more of an everyman. To show the realities of super spy life and all the lulls in between the high flying missions, of which I likely won't be in physical shape to accomplish. 

As James Bond, I vow to exercise my license to kill the evil Covid-19 from the isolated confines of my couch.

As 007 I vow not to waste precious screen time  with unnecessary pauses because time is money  and there are bad guys to catch.
